Payments: We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Payments will appear as “D.D.C. Industries”
on credit card or PayPal statements.

information we gather is used exclusively for processing your order, and to
serve you better. We will not ever,
under any circumstances, share, rent or sell any
information or data you provide to any third party. Any email, mailing address or phone number you
provide will not ever, under any circumstance, be placed on a mailing or calling
list and will only be used to serve the needs per your request or to fulfill
your order. We have built our system and
trained our customer service department around the importance of keeping your
data safe and confidential in order to provide you with a smooth, secure and
enjoyable internet shopping experience with us.
Shipping & Order Tracking
Shipping: All orders
will ship within 7-10 business days of receiving payment, fully insured via the
US Postal Service Priority Mail service for US orders with a 2-4 business day delivery
time; or Priority Mail International service for all non-US orders with a 10-14
business day delivery time.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will
receive a PayPal email from us that will provide a tracking number you can use
at
www.usps.com/ . Please be advised, tracking information is
very limited.
If you have not received your package
after the above indicated delivery times, please use your tracking number to
check the delivery status with the USPS.
If you still require additional help with the delivery status of your
package, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you further.
Insurance Claims: Our café doors are carefully &
securely packaged and it is extremely rare for damage to occur during
shipping. However, should your café door
arrive damaged, rest assured, as all our café doors ship fully insured. Please
contact us immediately should your café door be damaged by shipping. We will assist you in the claim filing
process with the USPS.
Please
note, you MUST keep all shipping material as it was
received or the Post Office will disallow an insurance claim & we will not
be responsible for your café door. DO
NOT attempt to install your café door if damaged. It’s important for the claim process that the
café door and its packaging be left in the state you
received it.
Returns
& Exchanges
Policy & Instructions: Your business and complete satisfaction is extremely
important to us. If for any reason you
are not satisfied with your order you may return your order for a full refund on
the purchase price of your item or request an exchange to your order within 14
days of receipt of your order. Please
read our policy below for more details and requirements for processing returns
and exchanges:
Without
exception, our café doors can only be returned for a refund or exchange if they
are in their original, unfinished, uninstalled, unmarked and
undamaged condition. If for any reason
you wish to return your order within 14 days of its receipt, please contact us
by phone or email immediately to discuss your return or exchange. Your order must be returned with any and all
related parts also in their original, undamaged condition and in their original
and unopened packaging when applicable. You
MUST ship our café doors back to us fully insured as we WILL NOT process
refunds or exchanges if we receive our café door back in a condition damaged
from by your shipping carrier. All
shipping charges associated with a return or exchange remains your
responsibility, unless we made an error to your order.
